We offer both short-term rentals – minimum a night booking (ideal for holidays, business trips, or temporary stays) and medium-term rentals, with a maximum stay period of 1 year. This flexibility caters to various guest needs.
Short-term stays can be conveniently booked through our website platform. We project privacy and smart convenience. You can also contact our Front Desk directly for inquiries and bookings.
For medium-term rentals, you can also conveniently book on our website. Our Sales and Marketing team will directly get in touch via phone or email to guide you through the application process, lease agreement, and payment terms. For medium-term bookings, kindly contact our team for special rates.
Most bookings on The Hidden website are confirmed instantly. For those that require host approval (medium term stay), you will typically complete the process within an hour.
Log in and visit the “My Bookings” section. You will see if your booking is pending, confirmed, cancelled or completed. An SMS/email will be sent via email or phone number provided with room access code. (Note: Do not share your access code with anybody not even Front Desk)
Yes, private per-room bookings are available, offering a cost-effective solution for solo travellers or couples who prefer a private room within a shared luxury apartment with access to shared living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas.

For short-term stays, regular housekeeping and minor internal laundry is included.
For medium-term rentals, initial cleaning is provided and minor laundry services provided internally, additional housekeeping services and major laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Refer to Lease Agreement for further clarification.
